Embracing Growth: A Year of Being

People make plans and goals at the beginning of each year, but let's be honest: they struggle to stick with them most times. They get caught up in what they must do rather than thinking about who they want to be.

You know that book “Atomic Habits” by James Clear? He says improvements only stick when they become a part of who you are. Your actions show who you really are. So, take a moment to ask a simple but big question you often forget.

HOW ARE YOU "BEING"?

Just stop for a moment and think, how are you “being” today? Are you living up to your goals? Are you embodying the qualities that align with our aspirations and goals?

As a leader, you may want to be more understanding or approachable with your team. So, consider creating a “being” list to guide your growth.

Your list could be like this: be a good listener, curious and open to different ideas, compassionate with others, invested in people, and appreciative of good communication.

Making a positive impact starts from the inside out, shaping how you act and live.

Are you up for exploring more about your “being”?

Let's have a conversation.
